It’s nice working with people you like. It’s even better when those people are really talented at what they do. So, when really talented and lovely theatre people invite you to be a part of a Pulitzer Prize winning play it’s hard to say no. That’s why I’m currently in rehearsals for A Long Day’s Journey into Night written by Eugene O’Neill.

The semi-autobiographical story by O’Neill is not a cheery piece – family conflict, substance abuse, addiction, regret – but it is a compelling piece of theatre that has been a joy to work on. Theatre like this tends to get made more for the love of it than profit, which is why we are rehearsing evenings and look forward to sharing it with audiences for just 7 evenings starting on November 25 and running through to December 4.

I hope you can join us one of these evenings. Pay as little as $7 to come, we recommend you pay $20, and we welcome any more you can give to support me and my friends.
